Order Processing and Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Shipping takes between 7-15 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.

Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.

How to Submit a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at reallysalefood52@gmail.com within the 30-day return window. Include your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect. In those cases, please notify us immediately for a prepaid return shipping label or other arrangements.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at reallysalefood52@gmail.com. After this period, we may have already processed or shipped your order and cancellation may no longer be possible.
