1. Order Processing and Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After processing, orders are shipped with an estimated delivery time of 7-12 business days.

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order details and shipping location.

2. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 14 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.

3. Order Cancellations
